We are bringing together owners/proprietors of property in and around Oropesa del mar. The aim being to utilise the existence of Apartment and Villas in the area owned by non locals and primarily used as holiday homes. The largest majority of ownership of properties in the area centres around the Marina D'or Holiday Resort. These properties being mainly 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Situated 'Beachfront' and one street back, with the beachfront apartments affording a clearer view of the beautiful blue Oropesa sea. The apartments further away from the sea offer outstanding value while only suffering from a further 100 metre walk to the beach!.
We are giving people the chance to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery here on the 'Costa Azahar'. Little is known about the area because it has remained one of Spain's 'best kept secrets' in that it hasn't yet been over grown and bloated by the tourist market, but has the fantastic facilities here offered by the wonderful Marina D'or Holiday Complex. With a further 19,000 000 metres of development of the Marina D'or Golf project in the coming years, oropesa and Cabanes are expected to grow and grow in popularity as awareness of the area increases ( especially as Warner Bros. have asked Marina D'or to include their 'Hollywood Hotel' on the new golf project

About Us - Oropesa life....
Oropesa del mar started life as a picturesque fishing village on the east coast of Spain approximately 80 kilometers north of the beautifully historic city of Valencia. Featuring 
The Tower of the King,a great monument of defensive character that possesses Oropesa, nowadays one of the last known Valencian military buildings. Its aesthetics presents an unique, Renaissance style among the military architecture of the XVI century. Today Oropesa has grown in size and stature alongside the Fantastic development that is Marina D'or, creating a bustling holiday town in the summer months and a quiet friendly village in the winter months.
Markets, shops and the outdoor beach style life is not unique to the area but is a delight to be amongst, where you can create a get away from it all attitude and still be able to enjoy and join in the local fun. There are many towns and villages within short driving distances to create a holiday adventure you will always remember. With over 300 days of beautiful sunshine here on the 'orange-blossom coast' you are never far away from the lovely warm sunshine with average temperatures in summer around the 30 degree mark and in winter a chilly (for the spanish who have thin blood!) 10 degrees. Obviously we get the odd bad week where the temperature will drop to 5 degrees but it is the picturesque view of the snow covered mountains in the distance that warms the heart.
